What do you supply?

We provide all necessary supplies required for the job.

When will my cleaner arrive?

Your cleaner will arrive at the agreed-upon time, which may vary by up to one hour before or after the scheduled time.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

You have the option to be present or not during the cleaning. However, our cleaners tend to work more efficiently when no one is at home.

How can I change my booking?

Simply send us an email to hello@lunasage.com.au 24 hours prior to your booking.

What if I am not satisfied with my service?

If you’re unsatisfied with the service, please email hello@lunasage.com.au on the day of the cleaning with photos, and we will either rectify the issue or address it during the next cleaning. Any complaints submitted after the cleaning day will not be considered.

Can I have the cleaner's phone number?

All communication should be conducted through the provided email address to ensure clear and effective communication.

Can I provide a key?

Please leave all keys on-site. Ensure you have a lockbox or leave the key out, and we will secure it inside upon completion of the cleaning.

Will I have the same cleaner each time?

Our goal is to assign the same cleaner for your convenience. However, in cases of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we may send a replacement cleaner.

Are your cleaners police checked?

All our cleaners undergo thorough background checks, possess a Working with Children Check (WWCC), and are selected and trained by us. They also hold a chemical handling certificate and continuously participate in cleaning training modules to enhance their skills.

Do you use low-toxicity products?

We prioritize the use of low-toxicity products whenever possible for a safer and eco-friendly cleaning experience.
