Hello, I'm Hannah
I started Luna Sage Professional Cleaning to take away the mental load for busy individuals who wanted to prioritise their time and not spend it cleaning. I also wanted to ensure all clients felt they could have their spaces cleaned with no judgment.
I have created a business where staff feel valid, safe and heard and aren’t just another number in the workplace. All my staff are nurtured through a 10-house training course and have ongoing training to keep their knowledge current and always learn new things. I regularly see them onsite and we go through their work and ensure it’s always at a high standard and that all tasks and responsibilities are clear to them. They all hold a minimum of a cleaning certificate in chemical handling and vacuum training. They also have both police clearances and working with children checks.
Client satisfaction is a big part of my mission. I want every time that the client walks back in their home that they feel lighter that the mental load and cleaning are taken care of each time and then they can exhale and relax in a pristine home even just for a moment.
For commercial cleaning, I aim to have every clean of a high standard so the staff can get on with their jobs rather than worrying about cleaning or it all falling on to one person to try to get it all done.
I have had much feedback that the staff are feeling happier to come to work knowing that it is a clean space for them.

My slogan for my business is- Holistic cleaning that eases the mind and soothes the soul.
This to me means that the whole house is taken care of energetically and physically, clearing out anything that does not serve any longer.
I began my cleaning services in Fremantle and Coogee and now service areas all over Perth. We are always looking for more houses and workplaces to clean.
My mission is to be the most known cleaning business with a 5 star rating in Perth and I have many ideas, processes, checklists and lists to ensure this.
